Enhance your health; it’s a precious gift…
Rejuvenate with Jane Ann Clemens, MT
Massage isn’t just a luxury. Budgeting time and money is truly an investment in your health. Self–care can play a huge part in how healthy and youthful you’ll remain with each passing year. The beneficial effects of massage are compounded when utilized as a frequent therapy. The art of various massage modalities include ancient holistic practices that have been used successfully for thousands of years in many cultures spanning the globe.
Massage decreases stress. Experts at the University of Miami Touch Research Institute estimate that stress accounts for upwards of ninety percent of disease. Many studies have shown that the benefits of massage are doubly powerful if taken in regular “doses”. Massage releases endorphins which are the body’s natural pain killers. It softens tight tissue which in turn increases blood flow and oxygen intake as toxins are broken down and removed. Massage enhances sleep quality, which reduces fatigue thus allowing greater energy and concentration. Massage improves flexibility and range of motion, and helps reduce high blood pressure.
Jane offers therapeutic massage completely customized to your own specific needs. She believes in your body’s ability to heal its self and sees her role as “the helping hands” aiding the muscle memory embedded in the tissue to naturally regain/reclaim its inherent health. Her client centered approach is brought forth with love, compassion, and nonjudgment; you are in charge of each session.
Jane is a teacher at Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts, and she enjoys learning from her students and her clients. She has over 1200 hours of training in various modalities including deep tissue, clinical, Reiki master, Craniosacral, and 90 hours of anatomy.
You know that massage feels good, now you know that it is good for you. What are you waiting for? Call today.
“I was referred to Jane Clemens for job related repetitive stress syndrome and recovery help from breast cancer surgery and the following treatments of chemo and radiation. Under Jane’s intuitive hands, my progress was considered to be remarkable and I continue to appreciate and benefit from the healing she provides through massage.” – Carolyn G.
“Following a serious auto collision, I had the good fortune of meeting massage therapist Jane Clemens. With each massage session my condition continued to improve to the point of being able to return to the physical activities I enjoyed previous to the collision. I gratefully acclaim Jane Clemens for her techniques in reducing pain and inflammation which helped me to resume an active lifestyle.”
